All products of PT Cakra Tunggal Steel follows Standar Nasional Indonesia - SNI 2052:2017 which is BJTP 280 for plain bars and BJTS 420 and BJTS 520 for deformed bars.

Cakra Steel has some special grades of Steel Rebars produced under specific process conditions resulting in increased strength as compared to the grades of Steel Rebars. Our steel rebars are ideal for applications in heavy load structures like flyovers, dams, bridges, and other critical structures where high yield load (design load) is required without compromising on the ductility.

In addition to the features of Cakra Steel Rebars exhibit the following characteristics:

  • Earthquake Resistance
  • Special Weldability : Cakra Steel Rebars do not require pre or post welding treatment as they have low carbon content and are produced under controlled thermomechanical treatment.
  • Higher Corrosion Resistance: The controlled thermomechanical treatment also results in a uniform and thick tempered martensitic rim, completely free from internal stress. This martensitic rim improves the corrosion resistance as well as fatigue strength of Cakra Steel Rebars when compared to other rebars.
